Refund and Return Policy
At PureNests, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the products you have received, we offer a simple return and refund policy.

  1. Return Eligibility
    Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. The items must be in unused, unopened, and resellable condition. All original packaging, tags, and seals must be intact. Personalized items or sale items are not eligible for returns.

  2. How to Initiate a Return
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at Nestspure@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and may request pictures if the item is defective or damaged.

  3. Refund Process
    Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges for the return are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

  4. Damaged or Defective Items
    If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 7 days) to initiate a return or replacement. REPLACEMENT WILL BE DONE WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS.
    We may request photos of the damaged item for verification. We will cover the return shipping cost for defective or damaged products.

  5. Exchange Policy
    If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, you can return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item. EXCHANGE WILL BE DONE WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS.
    Exchanges are only available if the item is unused and in original packaging.
